Standard Testing Equipment
Standard modular test benches for the testing of shut-off valves and safety valves. H₂-ready — optional connection of hydrogen leak detectors. Test media: water (up to 1380 bar / 20,000 psi), air, nitrogen or forming gas (up to 300 bar / 4350 psi).

- Clamping options: Vertical, horizontal or tilting clamping systems.
- Test types: Body/seat leakage test, set pressure and closing pressure of safety valves, shell test, spindle gland leakage test.

EFCO-Booster
Water pressure generation with appropriate high-pressure pumps is integrated in every EFCO valve test bench intended for a water test. The air/nitrogen test pressure is provided via a customer-supplied high-pressure bottle or an EFCO-Booster.
- Function: Compresses air or nitrogen to 300 bar (4350 psi). Higher pressures available on request.
