HCRL25012, 276.8 ton Capacity, 300 mm Stroke, Double-Acting, High Tonnage, Lock Nut Hydraulic Cylinder

HCRL Series High Tonnage Hydraulic Cylinders feature a lock nut to provide mechanical load holding for extended periods of time. These double-acting cylinders use hydraulic force to deliver a faster and more controlled return of the plunger than load/gravity return equivalents. Tilt saddles are provided as standard on all HCRL cylinders which allow up to 5 degrees of load misalignment.

All Enerpac High-Tonnage Cylinders are equipped with numerous special features to ensure the durability, safety, and performance needed for large-scale construction projects. Among these features are low-wear high-pressure seals, replaceable composite plunger support bearings, and a robust nitrocarburized finish on both the body and plunger.
